Longest Running “Sunday Run” in Sri Lanka attracts over 40 cars in January 2021

The longest running monthly Classic Sunday Run event in Sri Lanka has been happening continuously for some 20 years. The organizer of this event is Classic Car enthusiast and collector Damascene Fernando, who has the support of a growing population of classic car enthusiasts who include restorers, collectors, enthusiasts and indeed even owners of modern day classics, who are all equally made welcome to the event by Damascene.

Participation at these Sunday Runs are by invitation only, and Damascene ensures that all participants are enthusiasts, who are genuinely interested in furthering the classic car movement.


The first Sunday Run for the year 2022 was held on 9th January, and saw a record participation of some 40+ cars.
